Service of food and beverages to our banquet guests in an expedient, professional, friendly and courteous manner in accordance with all Federal, state and local liquor laws and health & sanitation regulations.

  1. Properly cleans ice bins, sinks, refrigerators, etc.
  2. Obtains ice and stock banquet bars with glassware, supplies, etc.
  3. Obtains liquor, wine, and beer from their respective storerooms in compliance with the proper requisitioning procedure and for compiling the appropriate requisition in accordance with the prescribed procedure at the completion of his/her shift.
  4. Works as front or service bartender separate/individually or simultaneously as part of his/her schedule on differing shifts or as his/her entire work schedule.
  5. Maintains liquor, wine and beer control whenever he/she is on duty.
  6. Pours wines and beers as prescribed in specifications, (server may pour at table).
  7. Opens wine for servers for at table poured service.
  8. Uses standard recipes for all prescribed drinks.
  9. Pours a proper shot for all drinks.
  10. Ensures cleanliness of area at all times.
  11. Completes all opening and closing duties as outlined in the specifications.
  12. Handles money and follow approved cashiering procedures, inventory lists- at the beginning and end.
  13. Refers communication, guest feedback, and potential or real guest dissatisfaction to the Manager.
  14. Maintains compliance of all Corporate, hotel and departmental standards, procedures, and specifications.
  15. Support and participation in recycling program.
  16. Performs other duties as assigned by the Banquet Supervisor.
  17. Watch for safety hazards and report them immediately to your Department Supervisor
  18. Complete all aspects of the banquet bars operations efficiently and courteously.
  19. Handles all liquor, wine and beer controls with counts for function billing. Provides excellent guest service at all times.
